This summer has been one of the most exciting yet for AquaLamas Kitesurf School. While Los Alcázares is always our home base and a favorite for many riders, the past months showed that Los Nietos and Los Urrutias offered some of the best kitesurfing conditions in the Mar Menor lagoon.
Why Los Nietos & Los Urrutias Shined
Flat water, steady winds, and wide-open space created ideal conditions for both beginners and advancing riders. Many of our students were able to:
✅ Ride their first meters on the board
✅ Nail their first waterstarts confidently
✅ Progress to longer rides and even their first turns
These sessions proved again why Mar Menor is one of the top kitesurfing spots in Murcia: shallow, safe, and perfect for fast learning.
Successful Courses & Happy Riders
Over the past months, dozens of new kiters finished their courses with us. Many came just for a few days and left already riding — something only possible thanks to the unique lagoon conditions and our mobile school concept that takes you to the best spot each day.
Whether it was Los Alcázares, Los Nietos, or Los Urrutias, our mission stayed the same: creating unforgettable kitesurfing experiences.
